A space for you to pause, and process:
Nurturing a non-judgemental, empathic, and collaborative connection between us is central to my work and grounded in person-centred practice, as is working with what is felt and sensed.
Iām also informed by wild therapy principles which recognise that our fast-paced society produces overwhelm, imposter-syndrome, loneliness, and burnout. In response to this intensity, my therapeutic approach is intentionally slow and carves out a space for you to pause, and be, rather than having to do.
Guided by what is present and useful to you, we will use both talking and creative methods (such as writing, poetry, photos, crafts, visualisation, music, and more) to help you process your experiences, reconnect with your emotions, and navigate the process you are in.
