A space for you to pause, process, and heal:

Nurturing a non-judgemental, empathic, and collaborative connection between us is central to my work and grounded in person-centred practice, as is working with what you feel.

I’m informed by wild therapy principles which recognise that our fast-paced society produces overwhelm, imposter-syndrome, loneliness, and burnout. In response to this intensity, my therapeutic approach carves out a space for you to gently pause and process. This facilitates depth, self-compassion, and long-term change.

Guided by what is present and useful to you, we will use both talking and creative methods (such as writing, poetry, photos, crafts, visualisation, music, and more) to help you process your experiences, reconnect with your emotions, and navigate the challenges you face.
